1969 - 2000Jean-Claude was born in Marseille (France) and worked 32 years (from 1969 to mid-2000) for IBM in the Development Laboratory (La Gaude France and Raleigh, North Carolina-USA). Managing Human Resources (up to 150 people), he managed projects and programs (10M$ to 15M$ per year each):
o In charge as Program Director of Networking Telecommunication Product sets developed, manufactured, marketed and serviced worldwide. Yearly revenue above 500M$.
o Member of IBM Project Managers Certification Board (IBM Western Europe)
o In charge to deploy Quality Policy in IBM La Gaude site (ISO9001 and ISO14001)
o In charge of Product Quality Assurance for Telecommunication Products
o In charge to deploy new IBM Project Management Methodology (Training, Mentoring and Coaching on IPD – Integrated Process Development) based on PMBOK® from PMI®.
o Owner of Project Management Process and Methodology for IBM la Gaude
o Chairman of Project Management Council (PMC IBM La Gaude)
o Deployment Leader for Knowledge Management activities related to IBM Western Europe.
