Jean-Etienne is the Founder & CEO of Wopata, a creative company specialized in developing user-centered web applications.
While his passion is and has always been adventure, Jean-Etienne's diverse background includes more than a decade of experience in agile methodology, web-based technology and entrepreneurship. Prior to founding Wopata, Jean-Etienne held a Systems Engineer role at Harris, an american firm, where he worked as part of the Broadcast Communication division to simplify the content creation, management, distribution, and delivery process for broadcast, cable, satellite, telecommunications, and other media content providers.
On a personal front, Jean-Etienne is an avid adventurer having pursued his passion in over 30 countries.

* Applied agile principles in development process allowing incremental, adaptive delivery in a rapidly changing startup environment: frequent build and release cycles, refactoring, constant communication and lightweight generated documentation.
* Researched on globalization: English, Hungarian, French, Asian Languages.
* Implemented search engine and integrated an outsourced full-text tool.
* Integrated multilingual thesaurus.
