Handling all activities for the french electro-rock band Satine, and New York based Jared Van Fleet (Sparrow House, Voxtrot, Beirut).
2009 - 2010• Generated industry awareness and adoption of the new MXP4 format by leveraging network and partnering with top indie and established bands such as: Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Pink, Basement Jaxx, Jack Penate, Passion Pit, Wax Tailor and more.
• Achieved KPIs which led to $4 million investment from Soffinova, Ventech and Orkos in April 2010
• Leveraged previous relationships to set up and manage key defining deal with Last.fm / CBS Interactive to serve MXP4 powered ads on the Last.fm platform. Subsequently set up and managed similar partnerships with Spotify and Deezer.
• Set up framework agreement with Sony US and other partnerships with Wagram, French Bureau Export, Fanshake
• Pushed the MXP4 technology in new directions by coming up with the MXP4 mixtape which was first adopted by Ministry of Sound. The Ministry of Sound mixtapes partnership was the first income-generating partnership in MXP4’s history.
• Built a strong brand and agency network from scratch in Paris, London and NYC with Ogilvy, Momentum, EuroRSCG, FullSix, The Hours, Publicis, Omnicom, Frukt, Globefish Media, BBH, Leagas Delaney, Johannes Leonardo, Cornerstone, Digitas, Droga 5, Eyeka and more
• Managed relationships and partnerships in Paris, London, NYC and LA with Sony, EMI, Universal, Motown, Beggars, Warp, TopSpin, IODA, The Orchard, Wagram, Domino, Radar Maker, Zeitgeist Management, Soundcloud, Thrillist, Nike, Diesel, Mattel, Google, YouTube and more
• Negotiated licensing and publishing fees with rightsholders for all branded music campaigns.
• Improved MXP4’s product designs by regularly working with development team on usability issues and by constantly incorporating label and ad agency feedback into the product designs.

2008 - 2008Produced the "Satine Under Philharmoneen" event at the Theatre du Gymnase on Nov 24th 2008.
Managed all aspects of the production of the event including:
- Talent Management (band + philharmonic orchestra)
- Legal Contracts (venue, sound, film production for DVD of the show)
- Sponsors (Last.fm, SFR, zik4zik, ...)
- Press
- Merchandising
- Logistics
On the day of the event, managed all teams totalling over 100 people including:
- Satine (5 person electro rock band)
- a philharmonic orchestra (40 musician + conductor)
- a film crew (15 people)
- a light / sound crew (15 people)
- a photo / press crew (15 people)
- merchandising (3 people)
- venue staff / ticketing / guest list / VIP (10 people)
2007 - 2008• Launched the Last.fm Artist Royalty Program which increased content intake and label signups by 60% and allowed 70,000 indie labels and artists to collect royalties direct from Last.fm. Conducted in-depth industry research and financial modeling to set royalty rates with the Executive team. Set up the Terms and Conditions with US (CBS) and UK legal team. Managed 8 developers across 3 teams to build and launch a complex real-time reporting and automatic payment system. Integrated all tax and copyright liabilities for all territories worldwide in the product design.
• Managed all aspects of the Last.fm Music Manager, Last.fm’s artist interface, including biz dev, strategy, marketing, resource allocation, product design, support and communication to all 170,000 labels and artists on Last.fm.
• Managed design and product development of Last.fm’s Powerplays, a unique artist promotional tool that allows artists to play their music to a carefully selected audience. Worked closely with artists, labels and research team to decide on product strategy.
• Wrote interview questions, filmed and directed initial round of interviews with Moby, Spoon, Santogold, and more at SXSW 2007 for Last.fm/presents branding campaign.
