Extended role in 2010: SPoC for all new requests from the customer base installed with pre-IMS product line (Ongoing mutation from a Market driven process to a Customer driven one).

PMO for Lyon R&D Department (P&C function): Transversal resource, scheduling and commitment management.
Still acting as Comverse OMP R&D Solution Manager.
