March 2009 – Current: HR Modeling Optimization (HROM):
Context:
HROM is a BI reporting tool to model and optimize HR cost and structure. HROM is an HP corporate application open to the company supervisors and executives. This application is based on EPM products and was the pilot the EPM v11 deployment across the HP company. HROM is based on Oracle database, Informatica ETL for data processing in the backend, Essbase v11 using a ASO cube, Web Analysis reports, and customized security component using Shared Services APIs.
Responsibilities:
- Technical lead role in charge to supervise developments and coordination between the teams involved. Remotely led 3 teams split by the different technology layers: Backend/ETL 3 persons based in Houston TX, Essbase applications/reports 3 persons based in Plano TX, Security 2 persons based in Shanghai China).
- Participated in the EPM systems 11 installation and configuration in partnership with Oracle (Essbase v11, Shared Services, EIS, EAS, Workspace, Web Analysis, Smartview).
- Technical consultant during Analysis and Design project phases, in charge to provide technical input during IT/Business meetings on the different questions/requirements based on OLAP technical knowledge of the technologies and HR functional knowledge from previous HR IT projects.
- In charge to build and provide “Proof Of Concepts” on design and technical questions.
- Responsible of code migrations between development, test and production environment: coordination between the different code migrations by technology layers and ensuring the HPIT standards and processes are followed.
- In charge to assign test defects during testing phase by assigning the cases to the appropriate developers according to technical skills and availability.
- Responsible to provide support trainings and knowledge transfer to the support teams.

September 2008 – February 2009: Contact HR 9.0 BO reporting
Context:
Implementation of new BO reports part of the People Soft Contact HR v9.0 upgrade. The reporting solution is based on Oracle 11 database, BO universes and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Development lead role in charge to supervise developments and ensure reporting solution fit in the overall project timeline. Remotely led a team of 3 developers (1 senior developer, 2 contractors) based in Houston TX.
- In charge to gather business requirements and provide technical specification to the Development team.
- Responsible to follow HP IT standards using the SLIM quality tools (Caliber RM and Quality Center).
- In charge in code migrations using HPIT standards and processes.
- Responsible to provide support trainings and knowledge transfer to the support teams.

April 2007 – August 2008: Strategic Workforce Planning
Context:
Strategic Workforce planning was a planning application to forecast and optimize workforce across organizations and locations. The application was based on MS Server database, Essbase v7 BSO cubes and Executive Viewer reports as frontend.
Responsibilities:
- Development lead role and remotely led a team of 4 contingent developers based in Grenoble France during project implementation and led a team of 3 developers based in Shanghai during production maintenance and product enhancement activities.
- In charge of Essbase developments by designing and implementing BSO cubes. Build and optimize calculation and report scripts. Developed SSIS packages for data load processing. Used VB APIs to maintain and enhance an automated Essbase user creation process.
- In charge to provide technical specifications to the remote development teams and Coordinate developments with enhancement projects timelines.
- In charge to provide technical consulting during analysis and design phases on enhancement projects.
- Responsible of production bug investigations and in charge to provide resolutions in a highly responsive manner.

April 2006 – March 2007:
Member of Business Intelligence development team for Casino Group France:
- In charge of business reports migration from enterprise intranet to MS Reporting services.
- In charge of new reports developments according to customer specifications and needs using MS Reporting Services and Analysis Services Technologies.
- Involved in technical specs definitions as a MDX expert.

November 2005 – April 2006:
Member of the support team for the Hewlett-Packard EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) application SPIH/Spider (part of the EMEA Special Pricing organization):
- Application used for deals and order transfers between HP sales and external resellers, consolidation with stock and finance data.
- In charge of monitoring production application and solve first level issues.
- Support to users on special requests.
- In charge of new data base developments or modifications according to business and users needs.
