2004 - 2008Process Improvement Project Manager:
• Responsible to implement CMM in an organization of 250 engineers in 6 sites, 3 continents.
• Manage a project with a team of 15 people world wide, from the different organization of TSC. The goal of the project was to improve TSC processes in order to support TSC business. CMM and CMM-I was used as quality maturity model.
• Plan the CMM project as a real project with schedule, manpower, cost and risks tracking
• Tracking of the project on a bi-weekly basis. A specific project dashboard was used for tracking and reporting
• Monthly reporting to the Steering Committee
• CMM model presentation and processes training in all TSC sites
• Coaching of Project Managers on the new Project Management process
Managing Project course trainer:
• 4 courses performed between October 2006 and November 2008: 40 persons trained to Project Management best practices. This course, PMI based, presents the basics of Project Management during 3 days.
