NFC Program Manager, Inside Secure
I am currently the program manager at INSIDE Secure focusing on NFC. I Manage NFC program with specific focus on hardware, software/firmware/Software Stack & Applications development, with the responsibility to bring NFC products into certified product in volume production at lead customers. I ensure the best match between Solution Cost – Schedule – Scope and market/Customer needs.
I joined the company in 2006 as a product engineer, and was involved with validating the payment products platforms. Since then, I have taken on greater responsibilities for increasing the INSIDE’s ID offer value and following up projects. Now I'm responsible of a major NFC program. Prior to INSIDE, I worked at the DGA as an officer engineer where I was confidential data authorized.

•Drive and be accountable for overall program execution towards lead customer engagements, with responsibility for budget, execution, deliveries and customer satisfaction: support Product certification processes and Failure Analysis processes.
•Support Business Development and Sales on program execution vis-a-vis lead Customers: status report, review meetings, requirements, software custom branches mechanisms, overall communication, and escalation.
•Maintain master plan for overall execution and deliveries, control POR (Plan of Records) changes, pro-actively identify & manage risks, and drive problems to resolution quickly.
•Report program execution status, conduct reviews with executive level (internally and externally).
2010 - 2011•Product marketing management:
Analyze, define a strategy, communicate, promote, price, define a positioning, and manage products on the field.
ID billing with Gross Margin objectives.
Company’s representative member on the field (for Eurosmart in ID and biometrics, and for Global Platform)
•ID Applets strategy assessment and implementation:
Increase the ID offer value, by selecting the right combinations of Applets in the ROM code.
Enhance ID features with Near Field Communication (NFC) applications.
Identify the most appropriate partners for technical feasibility study and implementation.
•Project management:
Reinforce profitability of the ID projects.
Follow and coordinate partners’ efforts and supervise projects.
2006 - 2010•In charge of contactless microcontrollers (MicroPass® Platform) and EEPROM memory chips (PicoPass® Platform): to follow up the products lifecycles in collaboration with the Business Lines managers: to validate and characterize the products with the Design Team and to develop tools specifications. To define testing programs and to optimize the testing processes. To improve the product output in cooperation with the foundries. To support and analyze customers’ returned items and develop the appropriate corrective action plan. To launch the mass production of the products.

2005 - 2006•In charge of the Inertial navigation in the DGA’s Navigation systems department: to participate in the ASMPA missile development project. To optimize the inertial navigation plant. To exploit and analyze the in-flight measures in partnership with Cazaux flights testing center.
