    · Overall supervision of the offshore activities for all service lines (Systems
    Integration and Managed Operations) and geographies (India, Morocco
    etc..);
    · Implementation of a new governance and organization model for offshore,
    as well as reporting and incentive schemes;
    · Strategic review and assessment of acquisition targets; development of
    high level business plans (India and emerging countries);
    · Definition of a strategic development plan, with Global Sales and Markets;
    · Strategic positioning and communication with Industry and financial
    analysts
    · 90% growth achieved in 2007: from 1600 to 3000 FTEs.
  • Atos Origin - Global Account Manager Renault Nissan

    Bezons 2003 - 2006 Paris
    • Responsible for sales and revenue targets across all service lines (Consulting, Systems Integration, Managed Operations) in all countries. Management of a sales and pre-sales team (7 persons). From 21 M€ revenue in 2003 to 110M€ in 2006.
    • Major deal signed in 2004: Atos Origin selected as global and exclusive partner for all Application management and Systems Integration activities worldwide (over 1000 people in 20 countries).
    Total Contract Value: 400 M€ + over 5 years (largest SI deal to date)

    Direct Management of a team of 8 people (sales, pre-sales, contract management).
    Indirect management of a sales team of 15 worldwide.
  • Atos Origin NL - Business Development Manager,

    2002 - 2003 Amsterdam / Eindhoven, The Netherlands
    For the Philips account, first client (430 M€ revenue / year) and shareholder of Atos Origin. Responsible for the development of e-business solutions across Philips’ Product Divisions in a post Atos / Origin merger context.
