    2006 - 2009 In 2006, I joined MAF Retail from Dubai (affiliate of Carrefour for the Middle East) as Director in charge of the fresh market for the opening of Iran.
    I was responsible for: layout of the fresh area, selection and purchasing of all the needed equipment, follow up of the site till the opening, market survey,budget, suppliers'sourcing, definition of all the merchandise offer for the 6 sections, commercial negotiations, store implementation, price policy,definition of the human structure, recruitment and training...
    In August 2009, opening of the 1st hypermarket in all the history of Iran.

    Massy 1984 - 2000 Starting as a junior manager in Carrefour Montesson, near Paris, in 1984 in charge of Perishable Goods in Self-Service: dairy products, poultry, delicatessen and frozen foods. Responsible for the day to day operation: ordering, filling the store, fixing the selling prices,organizing the team work.
    From 1987 to 1991, Section Manager in charge of all the Perishable Products in Self-Service in Carrefour Ste Geneviève des Bois and Ivry sur Seine.Responsible for: the purchasing, negotiations at store and also at national level, implementation, financial result,working team organization. The last section in Ivry sur Seine was the best Turnover for Carrefour France (over 35 millions Euro).
    From 1991 to 1995, Department Head Fresh Market in charge of 5 sections and more than 100 people.In the last store, I was in charge of the renovation of all the department.
    From 1995 to 2000, expatriate for Carrefour in Thailand. Participate to the opening of the country as Department Head Fresh Market in charge of: suppliers'sourcing, definition of the assortment, commercial negotiations,recruitment and training of the local people, opening of the 1st and 3rd stores. Then moved to the national level as Manager in charge to set up the Fresh Logistics Centre in Bangkok.
