Total EP (Exploration Production), Pau in France (01/2009 to 05/2010) - in charge of the Contract and Procurement Methods coordination for the Headquarter Purchases Department (800 millions euros, 50 persons). Coordination and assistance for the study and implementation of some purchases categories related to the categories management process (study of current situations, needs consolidation, market benchmarking, sourcing, strategies definition.
Total EP Angola, Luanda (12/2006 to 01/2009)
Purchasing Manager / Procurement Manager (purchases turnover around 300 millions dollars, 50 persons). Management of 3 procurement entities - purchasing, stock management, importation & customs - within one of the most important EP subsidiary.
Atofina (chemical branch of Total), Lacq in France (01/2005 to 12/2006)
Purchasing & Contracts Manager (purchases turnover around 200 millions euros). Management of all the purchasing and contracts activities for 3 plants (raw materials, goods and services, works sub-contracting, plants maintenance sub-contracting). Also in charge of the purchases coordination for the whole french south west area which includes all the plants located in this area (around 10 plants), direct reporting to the purchases top management.

Construction Works Contracts Manager, London (12/2002 to 12/2004)
Management of the construction works purchasing and contracts activities within the framework of 3 waste to energy plants lump sum turnkey contracts in England (more than 100 millions euros per plant). Also in charge of the contractual follow up of the contracts and claims up to the final completion of the works. Implementation of a local team as contract administrators and quantity surveyors. Coordination between design offices in France and sites teams in order to sort out technical issues. Reporting to the Client with regards to scope, planning, choices.
Project Purchasing & Contracts Manager, La Seyne (10/01 to 11/02)
Management and coordination of all purchasing and expediting activities (including site works sub-contracts) within the framework of a waste to energy plant lump sum turnkey contract in England (purchases turnover around 50 millions euros). Direct reporting to project manager.

Technip Roma in Italy (02/01 to 07/01) - Management of purchasing activities related to electrical & instrumentation equipments for two projects performed in China and Taiwan.
Technip K.L. in Malaysia (10/99 to 12/00) - Project Purchasing Manager (roughly 10 buyers and 5 expediters, purchase turnover of 45 millions euros). Management of equipments purchasing and expediting activities (electrical and mechanical equipments, instrumentation, vessels, piping) within the framework of the construction of a Low Density Polyethylene Plant. Coordination between 3 operating centers.
Technip, Paris La Defense (08/97 to 09/99) - Purchasing Leader. Electrical and instrumentation equipments purchasing leader for multinational J.V. projects with various international procurement operating centers.
