In my current position I am responsible globally for:
- Negotiating, managing and optimizing the value of the International Purchasing agreements
- Defining and organizing growth strategies with international suppliers
- Leveraging innovation and sustainability from global partners
- Identifying and expanding Supply Chain management best practices
- Developing and maintaining strong team work and cooperation with Supply Chain colleagues from the 80 countries where Sodexo operates
- Leading strategic category plan development, in coordination with Global marketing and local supply chain departements
- Leading global sourcing projects, applying Sodexo's strategic sourcing process
- Managing impact of world trends and regional market shifts

Mission stratégique portée par la Direction Générale et réalisée en collaboration avec un cabinet de conseil spécialisé en organisation d’entreprise :
- Diagnostic du fonctionnement de l'organisation Sodexo France (fonctions support et ligne opérationnelle)
- Recommandations et mise en place d'une nouvelle organisation (gouvernance, rôles et responsabilités, processus, outils)

-Pilotage/gestion d’un centre de profit
-Encadrement des équipes opérationnelles
-Commercial : négociation, fidélisation clients, suivi des contrats, amélioration de l’offre
-Développement de nouveaux services : distribution automatique, restauration rapide
