    Napa Napa Base – LNG PRL 15 project – Rotational in PNG Port Moresby

    • Manage a team of 13 logistics assistants.
    • Position to report: Head of Logistics Operations.
    • Within the framework assigned to InterOil, the base logistics supervisor is the focal point for Total EP PNG in the IOC Logistics Base at Napa Napa and reports to Head of Logistics Operations based at Port Moresby.
    • To put in place all necessary processes (Transport Manifest in/out, Material segregation from IOC material, etc.) for ensuring smooth operations.
    • To ensures that all Company equipment and materials transiting at Napa Napa are carefully handled for storage or retrieved from storage to support TEPPNG Operations on PRL-15 in line with Company HSE rules.

  • TOTAL EP NIGERIA - LOGISTICS MATERIAL COORDINATOR

    2013 - 2015 • Manage a team of 3 logistics assistants.
    • Coordination the logistics support and supply for 6 barges: catering, waste management tracking. CCU color coding campaign set by TOTAL. In charge of loading and back load for main contractors as HHI, PONTICELLI, EIFFAGE, GE, BAKER HUGUES, SUBSEA7, NIGERDOCK, SAIPEM. Set up tools, KPI and dashboards, weekly and monthly reporting.
    • Coordination of pre-mobilization of specific items with QA/QC inspection and CPLO before load out: organization of radioactive source or chemical transportation in accordance with HSE rules; providing as well lifting equipment, compliant certificates or MSDS. Tracking of web slings, lifting belts and CCU for certification with local contractors registered.
    • Management of 5 specialist’s material for identification capital and 2 years’ parts.
    • Reception of 2 years spare parts and capital spares, reception and tracking of EXW purchase orders; company.

  • TOTAL EP NIGERIA DEEP WATER - HEAD MATERIAL MANAGEMENT

    2008 - 2013

    • MRP running (Onshore & Offshore Plant) / MRP, Discrepancies analysis & clearing. SAP flow clearing.
    • Material Master Data: SAP ref’s creation or modification, figures reassessments (Replenishment threshold) as per request or for optimization purpose, data’s implementations in SAP ( MSDS, certificates)Master data’s checking in order to minimized improper SAP flows. Mass modification.

    Dead stock slow moving, and over-stock reduction, set up KPI. Reporting: Weekly report. Creation of Top 20 follow up for the 20 most critical pending deliveries liaise with FPSO Head of maintenance.

    • Key figures Materials management: spares parts and drilling items 30 000 refs, 200 M$ value. Warehouse of 10 000 m2.

  • RIO TINTO MINING - HEAD SITE LOGISTICS - CAMP MANAGER

    2004 - 2008 • POB of 150 expatriates, 400 nationals, fleet of 50 vehicles, 2 choppers for drilling operations and medevac.
    • Head site, responsible for security and environment on site.
    • Camp manager: general services, housing,
    • Head site for Supervision and Coordination for logistics land and air activities for exploration targets according to Geology and Drilling departments schedule. Base design during exploration period.
