• Buy equipment, software and maintenance and services (bidding, selection of suppliers, negotiating rates, monitoring the procurement process for IT)

- Runs gap analysis over existing systems and networks
- Takes necessary actions prior audits to enhance security and resilience of systems and networks
- Builds and executes remediation plans related to systems and networks
- Guarantees the segregation of duties and traceability of incidents and changes by using appropriate tools
• Participates to internal and external audits related to IT Operations
• Manages the Systems & Networks team
- Sets individual targets and goals in accordance with the Division/Department orientation, evaluates their skills and performances and provides them with regular feedbacks and advice on relevant processes and tools
2009 - 2011En charge du pôle support pour l’ensemble des comptes clients JIGA (150 TPE/PME). Mise en place des services support téléphonique (hotline), du monitoring des SI client et de la télémaintenance (administration serveur).
Organisation et gestion de ce pôle et encadrement d'une équipe technique de 6 personnes. Prise en charge des interventions clientèles, de la gestion des projets internes de R&D et encadrement des stagiaires.
Responsable de la plateforme hébergement (plateforme LINUX web et mail externalisée).
2006 - 2009En charge de 30 comptes clients (TPE,PME). Gestion quotidienne et suivi de projets ponctuels : étude, conseil, organisation, suivi technique, commercial. Encadrement d’équipes techniques, entre 4 et 6 personnes selon les projets. Responsable de la plateforme hébergement.
2005 - 2006Administration des SI clients.
