I worked in french and international teams on the website www.bouyguestelecom.fr.

The website represent the brand BouyguesTelecom for it's 11 000 000 customers and manage 100K~150K daily visites.

My job consisted in supervising the new evolves designed by the project owner to ensure the customer-friendly side and to respect the group strategy guideline.

I was responsible for :

_ Analysing and advising the project owner about the impacts generated by the evolves.
_ Starting the project on the mobile version of the website.
_ Calculating the cost implied by the changes.
_ Introducing new operational methods with the managers in order to improve efficiency and communcation.
_ Create and validate in collaboration with the project owner and the developer teams the plan for acceptance testing.
_ Deploying with production teams.
_ Managing the knowledges on the new evolves.
