    Paris 2012 - 2013 Manager of the Operational Control Centre on the regional express line B at the RATP (Paris Mass Transit Authority) :
    - Responsible for railway operation’s safety
    - Analysis of daily and periodical reports on operation, maintenance, quality service, main operational / technical incidents and setting up corrective strategies
    - Monthly monitoring of the Operation’s results to the senior management staff
    - Investigate in the event of major incidents
    - Manage the operations on a day to day basis to satisfy expected quality performances
    - Elaborate and set up the operation plan in case of planned disturbances
    - Responsible for the management of the rolling stock and the provision of the trains to the maintenance workshops
    - Manage the passengers’ information in the event of traffic disturbances
    - Staff management (22 supervisors and 39 traffic operators) : manage, in coordination with Human Resources and the Training Manager, the organisation of the team and the skills of the staff
    - Set up efficient relationships with external stakeholders’ representatives (SNCF) and internal partners (workbases, stations and maintenance departments)
