- Management of a 46 member’s team (16 engineers and 30 technicians) built in competences pools (test engineering, products industrialization, products management and projects managers).
- Accountable for OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
- Industrialization of Telecom new products (2G, 3G and LTE mobile network infrastructures), manufactured in France and within other international industrial entities (e.g. in China), in close relation ships with worldwide R&D and other Engineering Competence Centers.
2008 - 2005Industrialization of the “Mobile Access” Division solutions
- Management of a 16 member’s team (7 engineers and technicians) built in competences pools (methods, test engineering and products industrialization).
- Industrialization of Telecom new products (2G, 3G and Wimax mobile network infrastructures),
- Realization of manufacturing lines (definition and implementation of test tools and industrial processes associated to).
2003 - 2005- Leadership of a project team built on the basis from 12 members
- Accountable for a 1.8M€ budget (CAPEX).
- Industrialization of W-CDMA mobile network infrastructures and definition of all required industrial test tools and associated processes, in close relationship with the German and Japanese (Fujitsu) teams within Evolium JV.
2001 - 2003- Embedded software development and industrialization of a W-CDMA digital board, within the Stuttgart R&D center, jointly with Japanese teams.
- Coordination of transfers of technologies with the technical and industrial teams from the Evolium JV (Alcatel-CIT/Fujitsu), in Japan.
- Industrial test tools development for GSM/DCS/PCS Telecom infrastructures sub-elements.
