2006 - 2008Work with the partners’ executives leading French Small Business ISVs (25 M€+ Microsoft Influenced Revenue a year) of to develop business plans, initiate partner to partner introductions, oversee the running of demand generation campaigns and sales engagements.
2005 - 2005Implemented new Specialist Team organization model in collaboration with Corporate Office and Regional Teams. Developed a business management plan to deliver EMEA strategic and sales objectives.
Created communities and established internal collaboration tools and processes to improve e-learning experience for sales and pre-sales employees. This initiative was considered as best practice and was implemented at worldwide level.
Created a comprehensive Business Management plan in collaboration with Enterprise, Small & Mid-market groups and marketing teams: this included resources mapping, information gathering and analysis on the entire EMEA region.
2004 - 2005Built EMEA business & marketing plans with 8 of the most prominent global ISVs Microsoft Partners.
Initiated virtual teams building to ensure systematization of ROI estimation for each campaign across the region.
Exceeded opportunities/leads targets and ROI objective. Improved partner satisfaction and partnerships with local teams. Microsoft Global ISV of the year award for one of the managed partners.
Participated proactively in the worldwide ISV influenced revenue initiative which aims to understand ISV impact on Microsoft revenue.
2003 - 2003Handled assignments in statutory audit and reporting in the upper mid-market division in accordance with the French GAAP.
