Represents the company in front of the customers, providing technical assistance referring our products, including quality issues in smart junction boxes and junction boxes.

• Identifies and analyses assembly problems in the customers manufacturing plants, giving technical solutions Coordinates and participates with engineering and customer’s suppliers the development of new product or need.
• Coordinate local team and follow internal validation in the vehicle for JB and SJB.
• Identifies and transmits the customer requirements to the Engineering team and Sales departments in order to prepare the design and/or production, manage the team to ensure a correct interpretation of the customer needs.
• Identifies and transmits to the Quality responsible the customer quality requirements concerning new products during launching phases.
• Ensures smooth transition from development to production.

• Management project in electronic boby module for an low cost car project:
• Integrate body electronic module on is environment and define electronic body module Standard to be developed by supplier.
• Manage all quality and management tool tracker
• Elaborate and follow validation plan of the electronic design
