Implementation of new decision making tools for sustainability (carbon / water / environmental / economic footprints):
- as drivers internally for technological innovation and eco-efficient design
- as risks assessment tools for our customers (vulnerability against hydrocarbon's scarcity / water stress / non-renewable resources ; upcoming environmental regulations and taxes ; economic impacts)
MAIN TASKS:
- Management of an international steering committee (Environmental strategic initiatives)
- Transverse management of a network of more than 100 process/sales engineers in 50 countries
- Innovative partnerships with international leading companies (Food & Beverage / Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare...)
- Internal change management / progresses tracked with tailormade dashboard
- Monthly update to the Executive Commitee (Strategy and tactics adapted to the countries & markets)

2008 - 2010Development & implementation of a new metric fo sustainability : total carbon cost analysis (Direct & Indirect carbon footprint in line with IPCC scope 1, 2 & 3)
Coordination of a strategic study looking at the total carbon cost analysis of our portfolio of technologies & solutions and business opportunities
Development, training & transverse management of a large community of carbon managers across the globe (Americas, Europe, Asia, South Africa, Australia)
Integration of economic simulations for our carbon efficient integrated solutions to demonstrate to our customers the short and middle term savings & business risks
2006 - 2008In charge of various transverse & strategic projects with change management challenges :
M&A Integration Coordinator - Transfer of technologies (France, Sweden, Namibia)
