2011 - 2011Responsible of the event coordination on site. Reception of 12 groups of varying profile and nationality (11 Bacardi stakeholders per group selected by Bacardi London). The responsibility included :
- Preparation and management of the arrival, accommodation, visits, tasting, reception, dinner, evening activities
- Management of stock (bottles and equipment), delivery and storage, logistic of expenses
- Reply to guest unexpected requests (travel, health, expenses…)
- Regular report written and daily oral contact to the Agency London-based
2010 - 2010- Participation to the realization of Marketing tasks, Business Plan, and Budget Management for 3 brands (‘Bisquit’, ‘Collison’, ‘Alchemy of Gold’)
- Creation of ads for ‘Destiny Woman’ magazine
- Conception of guides for sale teams
2009 - 2010- Studies and researches on the Cognac market evolution and Cognac Competitors
- Participation to the starting up of the Brand Home
- Organization of Director receptions and visits
