Working for the Major Service Center, my role as a Lotus Notes Expert is to support Domino servers and Lotus clients (from R4 to R7).

Split in different activities based on ITIL requirement, our team is in charge to support international customers worldwide (Mcdonald’s, Gaz de France, Novelis, Banque de Savoie, TNT, Lafarge, etc).

Managing 200 Domino Servers ( hub, messaging, applications and web) beside Sametime servers and BlackBerry servers for more than 30 000 hosted mailboxes and around 200 000 users.
