• Development, implementation and follow-up of the Chevron EHS management system: JSA (Job Safety Analysis), Safety observation cards, STOP Work Authority, Safety plans, Action plans, Risk mitigation plans, Risk assessments, procedures according to the work orders.

• Daily on-site audits and Toolbox meeting performance in Portuguese on working sites (onshore, offshore and on Lassarat vessels) to be sure that Chevron requirements and policy are met.

• Conduction of several meetings: weekly management meetings, weekly workforce safety meetings, Monthly subcontractors HSE reps meetings with Chevron.

• Management of Firewatchers team (12 per shift) and Safety officers (3 per shift).

• Update and conduction of Training modules for expatriates and local employees: Safety inductions, H2S, Confined spaces, Hand injury Prevention, Hazard identification, Chemical hazards, Pressure hazards, Health orientation.

• Surveys follow-up: Breathable air, noise survey, emergency drill (first aid, chemical contamination, man over board, etc…).

• Control of safety equipments and devices: Gas detector and toxiclips (H2S) allowance, extinguishers, SCBA, eye-wash stations and first-aid kits.

Internship

• Performed various kind of inspections: Social, Quality or production audits in factories all over east Asia: Yangon in Myanmar, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, Hong-Kong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hangzhou (near Shanghai) in China.

• In collaboration with the IT and Operation teams, developed and implemented an intern multimedia training platform.

• On the ground training to AsiaInspection’s auditors about how to properly perform factory and social audits.
