  Technical strategy, training design and support of middlewares supporting applications development and operations of several hundred operational people. Choice of Open Source and Java as a major strategic shift. Change management towards the company. Management of 50 people.

  Project manager for media customers : design, costing and delivery responsibility. Management of a few people on projects of less than a few hundred man.days. Run follow-up and responsibility.

  Development, maintenance and applications run responsibility of on-line services : ``Minitel'' and IVR. Customer relationship on media market.

• TRT - Electronics engineer

  1991 - 1993 Multiprocessor switch design
  Add-on processing board to an X25 switch (68000) based on Transputer processors from Inmos to filter Ethernet frames. Hardware and BIOS design and prototyping. Ability to add several types of board : 2, 4 or 8 processors. Ability to include associative memory to enhance throughput.
