  PARIS-LA DEFENSE 2010 - 2013 Mission : As part of a big strategic project of claim industrialization for AXA INSURANCE, I joined a 30 people team dedicated to the implementation of an insurance software package specialized in claim management (Guidewire ClaimCenter). At first I worked as a developer on a specific area of the project and through the month I have earned responsabilities on different perimeters to finally manage a four people team.
  
  During this mission, I successfully went trough the following task:
  - Management of 4 functional perimeters (Flow assignment, Statistics and management tools, Delegated claim management, Claim Service Rule Engine)
  - Management of a 4 people team
  - Understanding business needs around insurance domain
  - Proof of concept development
  - Guidewire software configuration using AGILE methodology while respecting editor's recommendations
  - Participation to process, configuration and design workshops
  - Organization of requirements gathering workshops
  - Code review, performance issue analysis
  - User support during test session

  Courbevoie 2009 - 2009 Stage de fin d'études d'une durée de 6 mois.
  
  Mission : Réalisation d’une étude pratique sur l’intégration d’un système d’information cartographique (SIG) au sein de l’IHM Web développée dans le cadre du projet “Thales Hypervisor”. Il s’agit d’un projet d’innovation technologique ayant pour objectif de concevoir un système permettant de fédérer et superviser plusieurs modules métier du domaine de la sécurité et du transport.

  Les Clayes-sous-Bois 2007 - 2008 Stage à temps partiel d'une durée de six mois.
  
  Mission : Conception, développement et intégration de nouvelles fonctionnalités liées à la gestion de lecteurs de codes à barres dans la continuité du stage précédent. Gestion de lecteurs de codes à barres USB et Bluetooth, mise en cache d'informations sur les lecteurs pour transmission différée.
