En résumé

I am a dynamic and enthousiastic young woman who is passionate about international relations and communication.

Through my Master’s in double major in german and french management I have completed different experiences within leading organisations such as eBay or the World Trade Center Metz-Saarbrücken. These have enabled me to develop my organizational skills, but also to have a valuable skill set in management, event-management and marketing. Using strong communication and language skills, I developed and maintained good professional relationships. As a highly motivated person, I know how to adapt and to react in a fast paced environment.

Working within the job in the field of my choice which will challenge me and allow me to put into practice my skills and past experiences in a way I can serve the company I am working in and establish an enjoyable career for myself is my motivation.

    Aix-en-provence 2015 - 2015 A group of participants were under my responsibility for a month for a travel from Paris to Seattle, WA. I was the interpreter and interlocutor for the participants and the host-families in the case of a problem. The organization of the time-schedule and activities was one of my main tasks.

  • eBay - Billing Analyst

    PARIS 2014 - 2015 - I performed process audits for eBay Money Back Guarantee and Credits in a team of 10 analysts, located in Luxembourg and Shanghai.
    - My contribution at the ‘Fun Team’ reviving improved my organizational skills.

    - Being a temporary Subject Matter Expert for credit audits and german process audits during my work at ebay has been a real opportunity. This responsibility included being the main point of contact for auditors and stakeholders, to inform auditors about policy updates, to ensure daily deadlines will be met as well as performance of auditors knowledge by doing weekly quality checks. I was also attending compliance and calibration calls with the Customer Services Leadership and Policy Government to improve policy compliance and provide regular audit feedback.

    Nancy 2012 - 2012 A group of new students needed to be integrated and lead. We worked on the courses and I explained all they needed to succeed. Profound ability to set goals and to work with others and supervise them. Several problems and conflicts the students were confronted with have been solved.
