As Senior Manager of the Product Development team at bioWatch Thailand, I have been working from Thailand in collaboration with Procon, Inc in the United States of America since 2006. Over the past five years, I have occupied numerous positions from Developer to Team Leader and Manager of the growing Product Development Team.

As part of my roles, I was involved in the different phases of the project development, from analyzing the business requirements, architecting and implementing the solution and also managing both product development and customer support teams. Thus, as a key member of the company, I had to provide the others with my technical expertise and share my time between the different projects we were working on, allowing us to deliver quality products on a timely manner.

I'm an excellent team player, I'm a very good problem solver, and I work hard to get the job done.

    ∞ Implemented Credit Acceptance Loan Platform:
    o Web services API (SOAP)

    o Direct contact with customer’s technical team
    o Solution used by 5,000 car dealers with 80,000 devices in the USA
    ∞ Managed and assisted the local support team on all company’s projects.
    ∞ Provided Technical expertise on other company’s projects

    IT Support Manager (May 2008 – May 2009)
    ∞ Development team leader.
    ∞ Trained the team on products knowledge for usage as well as customers support.
    ∞ Organised 24/7 schedule for night shift staff.
    ∞ IT Support to customers for every products.

    ∞ QA and Support the FleetLocate tracking application.

    Software Engineer (11 code, became bioWatch Thailand) (October 2006 – May 2008)
    ∞ Implemented Fleet management solution (Frontend / Backend).
    ∞ Implemented different projects such as a Travel Website, a Horse Breeding company software (GPS localization, Health Monitoring)
