    - Conception and implementation of 4 on/offline campaigns a year.

    Day-to-day client contact, liaising directly with the chief communication officer and supervised by
    Antoine Lesec, Being consulting&Desing General Director.
    Manage TBWA Team from 4 to 10 people
    Coordination with other Transilien SNCF department (PR, production, headquarter) and TBWA
    agencies dedicated to SNCF.
    - Brand consistency keeper.
    - Day to day BtoC communication in the 380 SNCF train stations and aboard trains in the Paris
    district. 100+ communication actions implemented every year: conception of flyer, brochure, poster.
    Conception and activation of specific communication kit, launch and promotional event, mini
    website.
    - Conception and implementation design solutions of new Transilien style concept station (Gare du Nord, Evry, Ermont station) and new design of train interiors (Train line RER C).
    - Positioning and brand design of the BtoB Transilien offer “Solutions Entreprises”.
