  * Team work with components specialist, CAO/DAO, lab and prototypists (extended Team of 15 members).
  * design definition and validation.
  * development costs and timing control.
  * prototypes production and deliveries.
  * In contact with suppliers technical teams.

  Villepinte 2012 - 2014 Main Mission: Responsible of project success (QCD Approach)
  Responsibility scope: from phase 2 (nomination) to Start of production + 3months

  Tasks:
  - Economical and qualitative projects management with QCD objectives
  - Coordination of core team members (Industrial/Quality/Sales)
  - Customer main contact for all topics
  - Design and industrial Planning management
  - Design Change management (SKD, MPF, etc ).
  - Realize material orders
  - Define and follow the product specification (eco,tech,project)

  Main Mission: Project quality control of all new project for German customers
  Tasks:
  * Insure Q approach of project in coherence with customer specifications/needs and SNOP Processus
  * Main customer contact for all quality items
  * Animation of quality teams in production plant
  * Mangement of internal and customer claims via 8D approach
  *3D/2D follow up and validation
  *Quality reporting (PPM/Incidents/customer satisfaction)
  *DFMEA and PFMEA management
