2008 - 2008Responsible for making Campaign Commander Application the market leading software service, and developing new product features based on business requirements.
Key Achievements:
- Drove product release strategy, interacted with Sales, Development and Marketing teams to define requirements, priorities and defined a 12 months Product Roadmap.
- Led the design of new features: wrote the functional specification, created GUI prototypes for usability testing, and worked with the engineering and quality assurance teams through delivery of the feature.
- Managed the product development process by translating users and customer support feedbacks into feature/function requirements.
- Put in place overall policies, procedures and goals for a product development department.
- Supported Sales Managers in customer-facing events and user conferences as a product expert
2007 - 2008Responsible for the quality of client E-mails delivery as well as maintaining ISP relationships, thus ensuring delivery to the Inbox of more than 12 billion clients’ E-mail messages per year.

2005 - 2006Responsible for Campaign Commander Application technical support & platforms operations, including supervision of 8-member technical support team and coordination of Level 2 technical issues management.

- Maintained & Delivered 99.9% availability with redundant & scalable platforms for 2000+ unique application users / month,

- Developed PostClickTracking feature allowing clients to track customer’s conversions from the click on the e-mail up to the website purchase.

2001 - 2002In charge of managing Full Service client e-mail campaigns. Specialised in developing webforms, promotional micro-sites (online games, subscription, viral).

- Improved Productivity & Knowledge Sharing: creation of a JavaScript Library & HowTo documents, a Webform Generator Tool for improving.
- Managed a portfolio of a dozen clients portfolio including Harvest Digital, BT Genie, Diageo, Nationwide, Kangol UK.
