Je debute chez Alcatel dans les opérations, d'abord en expatriation (Egypte - project management technique ), puis en France en Supply Chain. Apres un MBA (Harvard - USA) je m'expatrie de nouveau aux Philippines pour mener un projet clef en main (100M$) de deploiement de reseau GSM. Je me tourne ensuite vers le product management (produits cœurs de réseaux), et en 2005, je prends une premiere position de general management de business unit, sur les produits cœurs de réseaux voix (Circuit Core)d'Alcatel. En 2006, apres la fusion Alcatel-Lucent, je reprends la business unit Wimax, que je developpe pendant 2 ans et demi, remportant 35 contrats et lancant les services commerciaux Wimax en Europe, Asie et Amerique du Sud.
Debut Mars 2009, apres 12 ans dans les Telecom, je rejoins Areva T&D et le domaine de l'Energie, pour diriger la product line Network Management solutions, qui fournit des solutions de gestion de reseau electriques aux operateurs de transmission et de distribution electrique.

2006 - 2009Responsible for Alcatel-Lucent's worldwide Wimax business. In charge of marketing, business development, sales forces support, product management, R&D and operations support.
In 2 1/2 years, moved Wimax unit from early stage business development to securing 35 contracts for regional and national deployments in Europe, Asia-Pacific, North-America, Latin-America Middle-East. Positioned Alcatel-Lucent as one of the leading vendors in Wimax and achieved objectives of market share, orders and successful launch of first commercial networks.
2005 - 2006March 2005 – Present:
In charge of the circuit switching infrastructure business, for Mobile Operators (600MEuros Sales in 2005)
The Circuit Core Business Unit is part of the Mobile Solutions Division of Alcatel.
Responsibilities include Marketing, Tendering Support, Sales Support, Product Management, R&D and Operations Support.
Headcount: 350
2004 - 2005In charge of the the product management of the Mobile Core Business Unit.
Product range included traditional mobile circuit switching (MSC,HLR...), Packet-Switching (GPRS, UMTS) and Next Generation Networks.
Activities covered the complete product life cycle: opportunity identification, business case elaboration, R&D project construction, field introduction, evolutive maintenance and phase-out.
2003 - 2004In charge of Rolling-out a full turnkey cellular network in the Philippines for the 3rd Mobile Operator (100M$ contract).
Scope covered technical project management, Field Operations, Engineering, Subcontracting Management, Information Systems and Processes.
Primary interface with Customer VP-level managers.
Acting General Project Manager for periods of up to one month.
2000 - 2001In charge of worldwide industrial planning (300M€) for the Mobile Radio Division.
1999 - 2000In charge of process and tool support to supply chain operational departments (Planning, Order Processing and Logistics):
Led design and implementation of end-to-end supply chain information system carrying 1b€ yearly sales within one year.
