Purchasing Negotiator on Marketing & Professional Services Orange PL
• Support the Head of HR and Consulting Commodity Manager in the preparation of reports and analysis, organization of purchasing processes, preparation of purchasing plans, negotiations of commercial terms and contractual provisions with contractors, monitoring and conducting market research suppliers, suppliers relationship management
•Managing relationships with internal customers, support Senior Negotiators in the conduct of procurement processes.
• Management of tenders from suppliers, negociations of commercial offers, reduce costs and budget : purchasing performance, maintaining appropriate relationships with internal clients
• Subduing and application of purchase tools, create and track orders tool in the internal organization of steering committees of subcontracting in the context of continuous improvement
• Census and anticipating needs, market analysis, supplier and sourcing new providers, assistance in developing business plans and strategy of the buyer, preparation of tenders and analysis of responses, negotiating with suppliers,
• Active participation in the synthesis and reporting of data, involvement in transformation programs such as Word Class Commodity Management (WCCM) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
• Sourcing, validation of candidates skills, applicant tracking, support and monitoring applications, establishment and expansion of the data base of candidates, dissemination of careers opportunities, the benchmark contract of medical employment in East Europe
