    Colombes 2018 - maintenant I was seconded to a production unit expansion project called Sonate, my mission is to prepare the future maintenance as a method and supervisor electricity and instrumentation.
    Experience Acquired :
    - Study and realization of modifications work (realization specifications, consultation, follow-up site, etc.
    - Update and schema creation with AutoCAD Mechanical 2015 software
    - Setting up a regulation loop (regulator, actuator / valve, sensor)
    - Calibration sensors (pressure, flow, temperature, level, etc.)
    - Troubleshooting instrumentation, analyzer and automatism (≈ 8 weeks per year)
    - Knowledge of CMMS software with SAP
    - Creation of maintenance plan

    Colombes 2015 - 2018 Hired on permanent contract at ARKEMA France as a maintenance reliability technician 2IA (Instrumentation, Industrial Computing, Analyzer) on the Mont factory in Department Pyrénées-Atlantiques (64).
    My job is to study and analyze complex breakdowns in these three trades and suggest improvements to avoid or reduce them.

    Colombes 2014 - maintenant - Etude et réalisation de travaux de modification (réalisation cahier des charges, consultations, commandes, gestion et réception des travaux)
    - Préparation des arrêts d’unités (rédaction des permis de travail, plans de prévention, rédactions specs, commandes matériels, cahier des charges, etc ...)
    - Mise à jour et création de schémas et PID avec le logiciel AutoCAD Mecanical 2015
    - Mise en place d’une boucle de régulation (régulateur, actionneur/vanne, capteur)
    - Etalonnage capteurs (pression, débit, température, niveau, pH, etc…)
    - Travail avec le logiciel GMAO "SAP"
