Context : Endorse the implementation of a new organization – HR tools and processes
- Work closely with the management team to proactively interpret ongoing business strategy and create effective HR programmes and policies that support the business
- Work closely with the HR team (sites HR and Business HR) to establish and/or refine various HR policies and practices
Recruitment :
- Oversee management of recruitment activities including utilization of contract recruiters and other staffing resources
- Collect and understand recruitment needs
- Design and post job advertisements
- Identify suitable recruitment channels
- Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews (Profiles : Medical, Marketing, Training, Administration, etc.)
- Follow-up on candidate hiring process
- Work on external recruitment agencies referencing
- Develop partnerships with schools
- Prepare and assist to pharmaceutical Forums
Management of Mobility :
- Coordinate and manage the web portal for recruitment
- Support to the HR team concerning internal mobility in the framework of the implementation of a new organization
- Administrate and follow-up internal and external applications
- Create and follow-up recruitment and mobility key tools / key figures
- Communicate to the organization (editorial)
HR Projects :
- Implementation of internal mobility process in a Corporate and Operational level
- Develop a space dedicated to the internal mobility on the Corporate website
- Work on the employer Banding
- Collect the requests for the apprenticeship tax
- Design a new corporate integration process
- Create a welcome booklet
- Work on the people review
- Prepare the 2012 recruitment plan
