Assigns (Allocate) internal resources to the implementation projects as efficiently as possible, triggers systems setup in line with the contract. Provides sales support for implementation related questions. Monitors the progress and quality of the Implementation projects. Maintains, enhances & Develops the implementation methodology in alignment with the Training Manager.
