Laurent Aufils is a member of the HR Group Leadership team at France Telecom Orange, in charge of HR Governance. He directly reports to the EVP Human Resources. In this role, he provides coordination & support to the HR community across the organization, and expertise & reporting to enable executive management decision making for group-wide resource planning.
Laurent Aufils is recognized as a quick learner who is flexible and results focused. He has achieved or bettered his business objectives every year. He has an excellent work experience in managing complex projects in a fast paced environment.
Since 2004, he has been responsible for Group workforce management. From 1999 to 2004, he served as Head of Business Analysis for a France Telecom subsidiary, where he was in charge of business planning, capital expenditure management and mergers & acquisitions. From 1996 to 1999, he held financial analysis and purchasing positions for General Electric and Bell South Corporation.
Laurent Aufils is also a private equity investor and has been involved in the creation and running of small sized companies in the sector of real estate, veterinary services, and car dealership.
Laurent Aufils is a graduate from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Rouen, and holds an MBA from the Bentley Graduate School of Business .
