  Toronto 2005 - 2007 Responsible for outsourcing Test activity in India due to cost reduction plan, in order to restore profitability and increase market shares
  
  The mission consisted in training, mentoring, supervising, and retaining a R&D team of 10 Indian engineers. Training consisted in onsite and offsite technical courses while sharing my expertise on Telecom radio equipment validation. Synchronisation with management, engineering and design teams

  Toronto 2003 - 2005 In charge of the validation of Telecom Radio antenna equipment software
  
  Complex test lab environment set up with multi-protocol and spectrum analyzers, establishment of validation standards, testing protocol developments, test results documentation and preservation of records for later analysis. Coordination with other departments affected by testing.

  Toronto 2000 - 2003 In charge of building and managing a multi-site team for Nortel CT2000 network configuration tool validation
  
  As a manager, establishment of a virtual team composed of 10 engineers across France and Italy , with strong emphasis on knowledge transfer and leveling up validation skills.
