I currently work at Renault as Engineering Quality for Lighting and Horn development.
Previously, I spent 7 years in Suspension components manufacturing (Stabilizer bars and coil springs)
I worked on the development the new plants by establishing ISO/TS 16949 quality system and by preparing the customers audits for plant approval. (Daimler, BMW, Ford, PSA, Renault, FCA...)
I followed all the Quality topics in the plants:

- Internal Q. (Process production control)
- System Q.
- Customer Q. and Service.
International background: mission in China, India, Mexico and Europe.
Certification: 6sigma Green Belt, VDA 6.3 Certified Auditor.
Quality skills: FMEA, QCP, Ichikawa, 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, QRQC
Process skills: Heat-treatment (CQI-9), Shot-Peening, Surface treatment, Epoxy Paint
