    - For an electricity operator, procurement diagnosis: relevant purchasing segmentation, analysis of the opportunity to extend the supplier base, identification of purchasing levers, consideration of quality, delay and total cost

    - For an alternative electricity and gas operator, strategic analysis of the business plan: commercial strategy to extend customer base, investments / planning / revenues for new production facilities projects (CCGT and Renewables)

    CHEMICALS / GLASS
    - For a coating producer, costing and pricing project: assessment of profitability per customer and product, definition of pricing strategy by segment, implementation of pricing tools (price list, services pricing structure, pricing simulations, internal benchmarks...), KPIs and performance management

    - For a specialty plastics manufacturer for the Automotive industry, long term market analysis assessing technological trend (eg: hybrid vehicles / PHEV / electric vehicles)

    - For a glass manufacturer (~1 bn pieces/year), redesign of the manufacturing cost calculation and optimization of the product mix to increase profitability


    AUTOMOTIVE
    - For a Rent-A-Car company, pricing and yield management project: pricing structure (car rental and services), pricing and yield organization, competitive intelligence, KPIs and performance management

    - For an Automotive supplier, mid-term strategy and identification of potential players to be acquired in order to create a new Business Unit

    - For a Rent-A-Car company, negotiations for the European fleet acquisition: spend higher than €1 bn, implementation of a new business model with car makers, reduction of the lifecycle cost by 8%
