- Advisor to Axa Private Equity, Chaterhouse and Innovation Corporation of Japan for the acquisition (process phase II) of Areva Transmission & Distribution division: process management, valuation, debt capacity analysis

- Advisor to Orco Group (multi-listed Real Estate company) for its restructuring: modeling of Group debt (140+ bonds and loans), covenants and guarantees mapping, preparation of materials for negotiation with lenders and equity raising, preparation for safeguard filling (French equivalent of Chapter 11)
• Leverage Finance :
- Advisor to Doughty Hanson on the €445m LBO financing for the €750m acquisition of TMF Group (Dutch management and accounting outsourcing company)
- Advisor to Reed Elsevier on the unsuccessful staple financing for the sale of RBI (UK B2B media publishing company)
- Advisor to Roche (Swiss healthcare company) on the unsuccessful acquisition financing of Genentech
- Numerous LBO modeling and credit committee documents preparation (for both acquisition financing and LBOs)
2005 - 2008• Public transactions:
- Advisor to Safran (French industrial conglomerate) on the sale of its broadband division to the Gores Group for an enterprise value of €383m
- Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (French public investment group): modeling of a new Infrastructure Fund, with consolidation of contributed assets (Sanef, Millau, TDF…) and social / public accounts of the Subsidiary
- Advisor to Arcelor (French steel company) on its defense against Mittal hostile offer

- Advisor to Apollo Capital Partners on their potential acquisition of a stake in Carrefour (French retail company)
- Advisor to Safran on the sale of its mobile division: complete sale-side process
- Advisor to Allianz Capital Partners regarding potential acquisition of Elis (French textile and hygiene company): financing considerations, valuation, process management
