    Responsibilities in this position:
    * Assist fields Managers in all HSE issues;
    * Make sure HSE Procedures and rules are linked with National and International laws and regulations;
    * Follow up and keep up to date all HSE indicators of Company and Contractors and report them to the top Management;
    * Ensure Incidents, Accidents and Near Misses are reported and investigated properly; and correctives actions followed up and closed out;
    * Set up tasks and supervise my team of HSE Officers, HLO, Medic and Environmental staff (22 persons);
    * Prepare HSE inspections and Audits Schedule and assist for all of them, Internal & External, in fields;
    * Implement, keep up to date and dispatch the field HSE tracking register of correctives actions;
    * Be part of SIMOPS Production / Drilling operations preparation team;
    * Assist HSE Management for concerning training and career of the HSE team;
    * Assist HSE Management for Environmental and Social matters (PGES);
    * Make sure HSE equipment are maintained safe and properly.
    Maurel & Prom Tanzania
    Assistance & support for the Maurel & Prom Tanzania subsidiary:
    * Facilitate the implementation of the HSE MS;
    * Supervise the Work Over Wells drilling Operations in all HSE issues;
    * Assist the local HSE Advisor;
    * Assist the General Manager in all HSE issues;
    * Make sure that Risk Impact & Assessment is completed prior any dangerous operations;
    * Make sure all substandard conditions/behaviors, incidents, accidents or near misses are reported accordingly.
    * Make sure all near misses, incidents and accidents are subject to an investigation and correct actions followed up until cloture.
    2008 - HSE Consultant - EXOS Gabon (Waste Management Company)
    In charge of the implementation of the HSE MS:
    * Writing of HSE procedures
    * HSE responsibilities & policy.
