After 8 years working for Cassidian, and having gained knowledge in system engineering and project management, I carry on developping my career profile and increasing my competencies in managerial staff. Benefitting from an European experience in all EADS native countries - both in the culture and in the language - the different tasks I've been assigned for helped me ramping-up my skills in various technical domains, keeping the willingness to develop my management skills.
The position of Head of Processes, Methods & Tools (PMT) for Systems Engineering is an opportunity for applying this know-how when leading a team of experienced system engineers, also by implementing strategies & processes according to dedicated harmonization initiatives, with anticipation & adaptation through international communication across the Cassidian countries, in order to ensure a proper integration, support and roll-out to Cassidian engineering core business.
