VALEO Wiper systems, Division Poland – Krakow
1) Transfer of 300 references from Valeo Madrid to Valeo Skawina with direct delivery to customer
2) Responsible for Quality operational of the plant
* Initiate correctives and preventives actions, build and maintain an efficient Quality network within the site.
* Stop all non-conformance operations
* Plan and implement equipment and tooling necessary for a laboratory set up
3) P1 project leader B0 Toyota project
Create and monitor project schedule, ensure respect of customer timing
Anticipate and act to avoid risks, ensure successful initial sample validation
Results : Successful transfer of 300 references with direct delivery to GM, VW, BMW, Ford, DC.
5) Implementation of laboratory with equipment as salt spray chamber, 3D machine, tensile machine.
6) Successful launch and validation of new component for Toyota B0 project front and rear system.

VALEO Wiper systems, Division Europe – Chatellerault (France) + Krakow (Poland) Start up
1) Plan, organize and get the customer acceptance for the start up in Poland.
2) Organize the co-ordination of department support
3) Implement an organization of incident treatment (analyze + PDCA) customer + supplier

VALEO Climate Control German Division Nogent-le-Rotrou (France)
1) Plan and implementation of internal system audit + follow up of corrective and preventive actions.
2) Plan and implementation of process audit and follow up corrective actions.
3) Share in the development and implementation of a Quality Total program..
