    Boost the corporate voice by pushing the limit of creativity, by managing all the media with their capabilities (static, print, dynamic, movie, digital...)
    Leverage the corporate message and help to define communication lines according to creative ways

    > Project & design management for current corporate material (print & digital) as annual report, greetings card, leaflet, website, interviews ...

  • Dassault Systemes - Creative Design Manager

    Vélizy-Villacoublay 2012 - 2013 Design project management for external (Eiffage, Medtronic, ...) and internal (Dassault Systèmes Brand & Industry) clients.
    The projects are driven by design & usage issues.
    Develop a new product, find another usage, explore new ways to create an innovative mobility, use anthropology and sociology to nurture design research, write bold narrative and follow a movie production, build entirely a luxury set with special books, tailor dedicated experiences, build-up the studies of the Design Studio, express a new identity with specific assets, that's my missions as a Creative Design Manager.

    > Branding project management. Consulting about brand image (external client in High-Tech, Consumer goods, Consumer Packaged Goods and architecture, engineering & construction domains).
    > Design & User Experience project management for external client as Medtronic, Eiffage… (Product design, Service design, Motion design, Transportation, user interfaces)
    > Tools & guidelines development to formalize creation (branding, motion UX…) for internal and external projects.
    > Art & Voice Direction on communication (identity, motion design, movie) & interface projects for mobile support (tablet and mobile phone)
    > Creation of tools to push trends and research topics, reports on high level marketing study for designers and Vice Presidents.
    > Video creation management (35 videos during 7 month) for product presentation, interview, ... Project management (define the global process for the group, the steps and the official documents to validate the intent and work between marketing manager or VP and the agencies), Art Direction, shooting, compositing & editing follow-up.

    > Identity change management for DASSAULT SYSTEMES Group and its 10 Brands (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, SIMULIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA, 3DVIA, 3DSWYM, GEOVIA, NETVIBES et EXALEAD). 6 Brands are in US.
    > Brand Experience Strategy setting up. Brand universes development (Interactive space, physical & digital). 200 to 300 K€ budget per year for anticipation projects & identity creation.

    > Management of all third parts (8 European agencies and 4 in the US).
    > Creation of the identity base (Brand platform & Brand book for each brand).
    > Creation of all intermediate material for the 10 CEOs and the Group board interactions.
    > Contact for the worldwide implementation.

    Multi-sensorial Brand Universe:
    > Management of all the visual tools and rules that characterize each Brand
    > Internal creation for reference document (guideline, level of communication/endorsement, vocabulary, multi-sensorial approaches).
    > Art & Voice Direction on the majority of communication projects (for Brand, Corporate, Industry).
    Brand physical universe:
    > Management of physical Brand assets. Development of new application based on real, concrete signs like objects.
    > Principle and application creation for office and event development
    > Definition of the interaction elements tailored with physical spaces. How can the Brand meet its audience?
    Brand digital universe:
    > Digital identity development and help on ergonomics and iteraction topic for the software and platform evolution.

    Ergonomics for all the interface (touch, screen with keypad, screen with remote control)
    40 products/year (residential wireless phone, digital photoframe, photo printer, professional printer, set-top box, residential gateway, energy box, television, residential tablet...)

    Responsible of the design global strategy for the Group on the whole product range (residential phone, photo printer, printing terminal, wireless accessory, set-top box, modem/router, network, energy terminal and TV).

    > Active & central coordination of all the interface and design project.
    > Setting up of tools (design board, complete brief, mood board, prospective & strategic monitoring, trends) design & value oriented
    > Management and follow-up of graphic & product designers.
    > Stakeholder and supplier management (agency, industrial, design office, photographer, printer…)
    > Presentation of all design projects to General Management and to each Business Unit director.

    Communication:
    > Product Brand management (Philips, Agfa Photo, Xerox, Grundig, Sagem)
    > Coordination of internal and external communication elements (leaflet, packaging, internent, intranet, POS material…)
    > Identity change management (notably during SAGEM COMMUNICATIONS and SAGEMCOM creation)
    > Group Showroom creation and office developments
    Product Design:
    > Coordination of all the Design Product projects (40 to 50 products per year). Internal creation & external agencies follow-up.
    > Support for each Business Unit product strategy (range creation, brand policy…)
    > Creation of dedicated element (mappings…) to view strategic marketing assets into a design and research perspective
    User interface:
    > Responsible for interfaces (through touch screen, keypad, remote control…) for 40 products per year (look & feel and ergonomics)
    > Coordinator for all the product interfaces linked with partnerships (Orange, SFR, CanalSat, Sky…).
