►Shared-service center of a transportation company: diagnosis of process maturity and performance (procurement, sales and customers, accounting, reporting, consolidation). The main objectives were to understand the SSC organization within 3 levers:
-Governance
-Operational Excellence (organization and process)
-People and Culture (turnover management, hiring process, team work culture)
and deliver improvement recommendations
►N°1 French Office stationery Company: Internal audit of the Pricing process and proposition of improvement recommendations.
►University of Sorbonne: diagnosis and controls review of financial and budgeting process within the framework of accounts certification. The main objective was to enhance controls by identifying uncovered risks and mapping the relevant process risks.
►City of Toulouse: budgetary process review and re-engineering in the frame of a new finance ERP implementation (process modeling and organizational adjustments).
►City of Bordeaux: Process diagnosis of a French administration (identification of non added-value activities, cost killing and quality improvement). The main objectives were to decrease process bureaucracy, increase efficiency and propose improvement recommendations
