I'm in charge of the recruitment on the French market:
- Manage the collective recruitment for the client in France
- Manage clients and large accounts relationships, expectations and delivery
- Provide tailored HR solutions and services
- Find, attract, win, retain and develop new clients

Recruitment Resourcer:
- Definition of the job descriptions with managers
- Publishing vacancies on job boards: Monster, APEC, Cadremploi, Les Jeudis, Keljob and Bond Adapt (internal database)
- Identification and sourcing candidates on specialised websites
- CVs selection and update in the internal database (Bond Adapt)
- Interviews of candidates (phone and face to face) and validation of professional and personal skills
- Ensuring that a suitable match is made between the candidate and the vacancy requirement
- Organization of meeting between customers and selected candidates
- Preparing candidates for interview with managers
- Communication of instructions and feedback from suppliers to candidates
- Follow up of consultants
- Direct contacts with some customers
