38 contactsGoal: To define a data model and to set up a multi-physics platform which enables to generate, manage and share consistent aircraft architectures between programs, aircraft architects and engineering domains during new programs development phases.
• Daily lead of a 8-M&T-engineers team spread over several Airbus sites (e.g. TLS, FIL, HAM): deliverables schedule and quality management, coordination of technical meetings and animation of weekly reporting meetings with business project leaders
• Direct support to Aircraft Chief Engineer’s teams and continuous improvement of implemented methods
• Training plan set up and engineering domains/program trainings
• Methods definition and prototyping (design of 3D/2D aircraft parametric templates and models, data model architecture) to provide more rapidly the data needed by the programs and business domains, and to ease information sharing for multi-physics optimization loops
• Multi-business knowledge capture to propose CAD-CAE links generic enhancement methods
• Project achieved from launch milestone to solution deployment
2005 - 2007R&D projects: head cylinders thermo-mechanical process improvements
Goal: To optimize CAD-CAE link in order to propose new diesel architecture design (DV6, DW12, M9R)
•CAD parameterized models generation, integrated and associated mesh (CATIA V5) and automatic CAE link (AFC)
•Thermal and mechanical calculations for new head cylinders architectures (ABAQUS)
