2004 - 2005Within the Business Unit dedicated to the Utilities, services, and industrial markets, I was in charge of the Technical Office.
This position included the following responsibilities:
- manage the teams of experts (J2EE, .Net, EAI, DBA, mobility, and security): this team grew from 5 to over 20 people over the 2 years
- manage the commercial leads from a technical point of view - RFI, and RFP's technical delivery
- define the financial and training policies regarding the experts
