My mission is to improve the competitiveness of products, investments and purchasing of industrial companies from small caps to large groups by running Design to Cost Projects within customer teams
I participate to the commercial process of clients prospecting and proposal till contract signature; nce a project is awarded, I take over the operational management of the project leading a pool of consultants acting both on front and back office.
I have carried out several projects in top industry branches (automotive, railway, industrial equipment, nuclear cycle, consumer goods etc.) and on a worldwide basis (EU, USA, China, and India)
