J'ai 15 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Solution Manager, Business Program Manager et Consultant, avec un accent sur les personnes, les comportements, les processus, les outils et leur utilisation, l'accompagnement du changement, et une expertise en matière de collaboration, réseaux sociaux, média sociaux, gestion des connaissances, entreprise 2.0, communautés de pratique, gestion des document / contenu / archives, moteurs de recherche, traduction, réseaux sociaux, écoute, formation et stratégie.

* Conduire le programme de communautés de pratiques internes qui définit la gouvernance interne des communautés, fournit un ensemble d'outils pour les animateurs de communauté et anime la communauté de leaders de communautés.
* Diriger le programme "Intelligence Collective" dans le cadre du prochain programme d'entreprise (2012-2014).
2010 - 2010J'ai mené la stratégie, l'architecture et la mise en Ĺ“uvre du partage des connaissances, de sorte que le savoir-faire, l'information et l'expérience de l'organisation soient partagés par les communautés d'AREVA T&D. J'ai renforcé la collaboration des équipes virtuelles et soutenu les communautés de pratiques en déployant des meilleures pratiques, des outils de collaboration et de l'accompagnement du changement.
2007 - 2009J'ai géré le projet pilote du projet de collaboration d'entreprise, dont l'objectif est d'inculquer la culture de collaboration et de fournir une solution efficace permettant le travail d'équipe interne et externe. Le pilote a été déployé à 2300 utilisateurs situés dans environ 10 sites dans 4 pays, sur les dernières technologies Microsoft 2007. J'ai géré le déploiement mondial de méthodes collaboratives avec SharePoint, axé sur l'accompagnement du changement et le partage des meilleures pratiques.

Corporate Portal & Search Business Project Manager.
My role was to enables Schlumberger to successfully capture and re-use business-driven knowledge, through content management tools and processes. My activities encompass the corporate Portal (The Hub) support & improvement, corporate search, automatic translation, collaboration solutions and future of The Hub. I co-launched the Schlumberger Wikipedia (Speedia) and launched automatic translation service (QikTrans). I introduced on a corporate scale Wiki, Blogs and RSS on The Hub.
January 2005 - January 2007 Records Management Business Project Manager.
I have managed the CRONOS project, which aim was to deploy Records Management in Schlumberger, that is the efficient and systematic control of the creation, receipt, maintenance, use and disposition of records, including processes for capturing and maintaining evidence of and information about business activities and transactions in the form of records. The project was postponed during Pilot phase for lack of business support. Participation au groupe de travail "Apprivoiser MoReq - Pour archiver et conserver l’information."

In charge of the project accouting business solution side of the SchlumbergerSema PARMA (Project Accounting and Ressource MAnagement) project. My role was to define and deploy global business processes with the help of subject matter experts. The project was cancelled when Schlumberger divested Sema to Atos Origin.

In charge of the Bid Portfolio Management project and the Project Portfolio Management project. Created and lead the bid management community of practice (CoP), that reached 500+ members. Deployed the Bid Repository (200+ bids) to support the bid management process. Created and lead the Multi-Lingual Support and Translation CoP (120+ members). The bid management bulletin board is still in use in Atos Origin.
1999 - 2002Managed the design, development, implementation and deployment of the EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) in the Schlumberger 20+ Technology Centers and Training Centers. It enables authoring of documents, management of interrelated source files, including revision history and versioning, allows concurrent authoring and publishing of technical documentation (Doc) and Technology-Based Training (TBT) materials. Structure and modularity of the documentation created in this system are enforced by resorting to the XML language for storing document content and structure in the system.

Managed the team of 10 trainers that was authoring the end-user documentation for Schlumberger's implementation of SAP. Designed and implemented the SGML authoring environment that was used to publish the Schlumberger-specific SAP Help on Line.
