    o Monthly and quarterly monitoring of Supplier Performance (OTD, NCR, etc.)
    o Supply Chain Performance KPIs (Spend, Savings, Supplier Count, etc.)

    • Chair the Supply Chain Office Board as the Governance body for SC Process, tools and performance monitoring

    • Liaise with Business Supply Chain Office organizations (SVP, VPs and Directors) for the definition of cross functional processes / interfaces (e.g. supplier scorecard, KPIs, supplier qualification process).

    • Lead the deployment and consistent use of the company ERP for the Sourcing (Ariba) and Procurement & Logistics activities (SAP)

    • Drive Supply Chain data quality improvements for "Target Panel" suppliers

    Levallois-Perret Cedex 2013 - 2014 • Improve the performance of Supply Chain across the Sector by :

    o Driving harmonization and globalization of best-in-class processes
    o Leading maturity roadmap framework definition and deployment
    o Driving assessments and related improvement actions plans
    o Ensuring cross-fertilization and business leverage through the collaboration of Business Supply Chain Office organizations

    • Drive harmonization and globalization of best-in-class Supply Chain processes across the Thermal Power Sector representing 6 Business Lines (e.g. Gas, Steam, Nuclear, etc.) and a Supply Chain workforce of ca. 2800 FTE in 70 countries.

    • Liaise with Business Supply Chain Office organizations (SVP, VPs and Directors) for the definition of cross functional processes / interfaces (e.g. supplier scorecard, KPIs, supplier qualification process).

    • Design a Maturity Roadmap referential in cooperation with the Business Supply Chain organizations, promote its deployment across the Sector, and animate this activity through a system of self and formal assessments.

    o From strategic (Sourcing, SRM & Supplier Panel Mgt, Supplier Award, Contracting
    o To tactical activities (RFQ, PO Execution, Claim Mgt, Packaging, Transport)
    o Combined with a transverse Supplier Quality Mgt (Product / Commercial Qualification, NCR Mgt, Supplier Surveillance & Audits, etc.)
    o Supported by robust Management processes of the Supply Chain function (Make or Buy Strategy, Master Data Mgt, Talent & Skills, EHS and Lean Mgt, etc.)

    • Support the Sector Supply Chain Office Director in proposing actions to improve maturity of the Supply Chain organizations.

    o OTD Performance (On-Time Delivery) and monitoring (transit time for EXW / FCA Incoterms)
    o Supplier Award and PO Recommendation for Key Commodities (approval workflow)

    • Coordinate transversal activities common between the Business Supply Chain Offices in relation with Supply Chain processes and maturity improvement.

    o Implement a Business Process Mgt System with a set of clear Directives, Procedures, Work Instructions and Templates
    o Establish KPI for Supply Chain contribution in new Product and Technology Development (R&D / Engineering)

    Zürich 2007 - 2012 • Set and drive the implementation of regional sourcing strategies for :

    o Categories (e.g. MRO, Packaging, Wear parts, Admin),

    • Agree sourcing and improvement initiatives with operating company EXCOs, Heads of Procurement and drive performance compliance on a bi-yearly basis in accordance with Regional Procurement Functional Plan

    • Anticipate business needs and ensure the implementation of regional sourcing and supplier management strategies that support global initiatives in terms of :
    o TCO Models (Total Cost of Ownership)
    o Supply Management and disruption (incl. Logistics)
    o Continuous performance improvement

    • Provide a knowledge sharing platform and benchmarks to promote sourcing / supplier management best practices within the region

    • Provide leadership and direction within the regional procurement team and across countries within the region relevant to global sourcing and supplier management.
